Recalibration of InnovaStar® Reagents
Dear Customer,
If the InnovaStar® POCT analyzer shows the following messages:
a) Expiry xxx xx/xx or b) xxx xx/xx expired!
recalibration of the Glucose or HbA1c reagent lot in use is necessary. Recalibration is carried out by entering recalibration codes which are available at the bottom of this page.
The respective reagent lot can be easily identified by the label on the outer package or the label on the cartridge (see pictures below).
