Complement C3c FS is an immunoturbidimetric test to determine complement C3c in serum and heparin plasma. Lowered C3 values occur in inflammatory and infectious diseases, especially in glomerulonephritis and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
- Extended measuring range from 0.1 mg/dL to 480 mg/dL
- No prozone effect up to 1000 mg/dL
