 Continuous close cooperation with their partners has ever been crucial for DiaSys and is not underestimated when it comes to contributing to the success in global ‘niches’. Thus, DiaSys attaches great importance to the benefit which arises from training their own employees as well as offering constant product and technical support via webinars for partners and distributors.

In this context of DiaSys's general policy of ongoing training, the series of on-site welcome sessions has been continued on September 23 and 24, 2025: 20 customers from 13 countries spent time at the DiaSys’ headquarters in Holzheim and took advantage of the opportunity to get to know each other face to face during the social program which went along with scientific presentations.

The Strategic Product Management shared clinical background, input and advantages on selected specialty parameters, lately launched products or those parameters in the pipeline. At present, the focus is on consolidating knowledge on the lately launched new line of fully automated photometric clinical chemistry analyzers respons®c-line which perfectly emphasize the system concept idea, i.e. reagent plus analyzer plus service support. Area Business Sales Directors shared market feedback and updated on developments in the existing global clinical chemistry markets.
