Dear customers and friends,

The first DiaSys newsletter has been published in October 1998. Since then, it has been issued up to four times a year for almost a quarter of a century, approx. 70 editions.

Founded in 1991, after phenomenal growth, DiaSys had reason to celebrate their tenth anniversary in a new millennium. Success has always been commemorated and acknowledged in fine circumstances - celebrations have become a good habit within the group: 15, 20, 25, 30 years! Along with anniversary festivities, regular distributor meetings have been established since 2000.

From the beginning, the newsletter was oriented to convey the “Choosing Quality” attitude. Portfolio novelties, international development, latest scientific insight, and experience have been constantly shared with our partners thanks to an open and honest policy thus aiming to improve products and services all over the world. Very early in 2000, DiaSys has introduced CE marking and constantly has developed along with IVDD and recently with IVDR regulations to maintain its competitive edge.

In 2003, a Marketing Department has been first established. It comprised Project and Product Management, technical support and complaint management; a further step forward to customer orientation, and to increasing product and system support. A website facelift allowed offering package inserts, technical docs, and useful information for customers. A ‘news’ area shared product updates, and scientific articles on how DiaSys products may help to find the right answers.

Marketing and Sales initiated customer trainings for up to 20 participants from several countries at the headquarters to get to know each other within the DiaSys family. This exchange of experience and useful ideas took place twice a year until the pandemic stopped it – for the time being.

In some key markets DiaSys established participations/subsidiaries like in Brazil, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Japan and USA. Whether being a member of a distributor or of a participation/subsidiary: You, the persons marketing and selling our products and services, and of course also your end customers, have to a major extent contributed to and enabled our success!

Internal topics such as constant expansion, not only of the R&D building, summer parties, sports events, donations, sponsoring and humanitarian activities were shared in DiaLog. New staff and C.E.O.s have been introduced - with our ‘latest’ member, Dr. Jan Gorka, standing for a generation change yet for consistency.

All these landmarks were topics in the DiaLog newsletter. Customers, subscribers and followers have been constantly updated and kept aware of how they contributed to DiaSys’ global success, which was mainly due to innovative liquid stable reagents in the beginning but quickly comprised system analyzer business and the service idea along with it.

Thanks to everybody for useful contribution, especially with article input to this newsletter. The company has weathered many storms. Exciting years and constant progress has been on our way and hopefully more exciting developments lie ahead. Nevertheless, the vision of future success and the brand is going strong and stays relevant.

Times and habits are a changing, more webinars take place instead of travelling, service tools get better every year, social media channels have been has been introduced along with Blogs on the website …..… it is time to take a decision:

As we are present in so many channels, DiaLog newsletter in this form will be discontinued from now on. Stay close to DiaSys and proud of our success – follow our Blog and social media posts: LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
