2020-09-07: DiaSys goes online
The corona crisis has extensive effects on all areas of life. To avoid direct contact and further infections with the coronavirus, social contacts, work processes and information exchange are increasingly taking place via the Internet.
We used the time of standstill to transform our face-to-face training courses into location-independent live online training within three months. The extensive online training concept for the DiaSys instrument portfolio enables us to train new distributors' technicians for future assignments and refresh our existing customers' knowledge.
Up to now, two training sessions on the respons®940 and BioMajesty® JCA-BM6010/C systems have been held, attended by 19 distributors from 17 countries. We are pleased about the high demand and thank all participants for their very positive feedback. The knowledge gained from these two live online training also helped us identify the potential for improvement and implement it into upcoming sessions.
In addition to our device training courses, we plan to offer online workshops with the topic "The application of special parameters," such as PCT.
