Responsible corporate governance is a cornerstone of our work. We are committed to transparency, compliance, and integrity in all areas.
Compliance Management System
We have implemented a compliance management system (CMS) in accordance with ISO 37301.
It ensures that our conduct remains legally compliant, ethical, and transparent always. This includes:
- Clear guidelines and processes
- An independent compliance organization
- Regular audits and internal controls
- Systematic training for all employees
The Compliance Policy forms the foundation of our Compliance Management System.
Code of Conduct
The DiaSys Code of Conduct summarizes our core values. It provides guidance on legal and ethical issues and is binding for all employees. Key content includes:
- Human rights & environment: Respect for human rights, prevention of environmental damage, fair working conditions
- Business conduct: Prohibition of corruption, antitrust violations, and money laundering; clear rules for gifts, donations, and sponsorship
- Employees & management culture: Equal opportunities, occupational safety, confidentiality and data protection, careful handling of company property
- Implementation & control: Compliance committee, compliance officer, whistleblower system and culture of open discussion
Whistleblower system
We have set up a web-based whistleblower system that can also be used anonymously. This allows employees, business partners, and other stakeholders to report possible violations confidentially. All reports are carefully reviewed – without any disadvantages for the whistleblowers.

Certificates and documents
Our responsible corporate governance is supported by external approvals and internal guidelines:
- AEO-F certificate (Authorized Economic Operator) – since 2011
- Approval as a known consignor – since 2012
