According to the latest kununu Salary Survey 2025, general satisfaction with salary in Germany is falling: only 41.3% of employees are satisfied with their salary - that's 4 percentage points less than in the previous year.

This is precisely why this award is an important sign for us. It shows that, despite uncertainties and rising expectations, we have found a way to treat our employees as equals - with fair salaries, transparent communication and genuine appreciation.
