Successful End-user Meeting at Proline

Representatives of 24 labs attended an end-user meeting at Proline in Chicarang, Indonesia on the 20^th of March. The aim was to strengthen respons^®910 and its ability to provide high quality results and fulfill the local internal lab requirements for QC procedures following six sigma rules. During the meeting, the DiaSys team provided intense training and trouble shooting. This was also supported by additional visits of the TSC (Training and Customer Support) members Michaela von Ah and Daniel Annemaier in some end-user laboratories for local support. In the end, the knowledge of the local lab operators could be improved significantly.

The outcome of the meeting underlined the importance of the local support and the end-users´ proper management of an analytical analyzer in the daily routine. Every three parties naming end-user, distributor and DiaSys learned a lot from this meeting and improved the situation in the Indonesian market for DiaSys significantly. 

Additionally, DiaSys took the opportunity to present HbA1c net FS to the biggest lab chain in Indonesia in combination with respons^®910 and the specially developed workflow. The local structure is perfectly matching with the respons^®910 system concept and the HbA1c net FS solution, to provide reliable results comparable to HPLC. In combination with the other benefits of the respons^®910 and DiaSys reagents, this is a real additional value.
