We, the DiaSys Diagnostic Systems GmbH, are the responsible body in terms of the protection of personal data. It applies the DSGVO and the stipulations of the BDSG (new).

Personal data
We do process your personal data within the company. These include name, address, phone number and date of birth.
Handling of personal data
While applying, you provide us with your personal data. These information’s are separated into the following types of data and categories:
- Personal data (first and last name, date of birth, address, graduation)
- Communication data (telephone number, email)
- General information’s (from third parties, such as information or public directories)
- Application photo
- Data of the education level (school, vocational training, civil / military service, study, doctorate, professional career, training and employment certificates)
- Application history
- Salary expectation
- Data for assessment and evaluation within the application process
Utilization and circulation of personal data
The personal data submitted by you within the application process will be used exclusively to process your application for the advertised vacancy. All persons to whom your personal data may be communicated are included in the applicant process. All employees processing your data are accordingly obliged to confidentiality.
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties without your approval, unless you have given us a written consent or a court order obliges us to disclose.
Storage and deletion
Within 3-4 months after completing the specific application process, your data will be automatically deleted.
These terms do not apply insofar mandatory statutory directives do not contradict this step.
If you have consented to a longer storage, your data will be stored according to the storage period stipulated in the consent and will be deleted afterwards.
Security
All necessary technical and organizational security measures have been taken to protect your personal data against loss of confidentiality, availability and integrity.
Right of disclosure and contradiction
You have unrestricted and free of charge right to your personal data and the information’s of article 15 out of the DSGVO at any time.
If you have consented to the longer storage of your personal data, you may revoke it at any time without giving reasons.
