Work automation in perfection
respons®600c is a fully automated random access analyzer designed to deliver efficient and reliable performance in medium sized laboratories. With a constant throughput of up to 600 tests per hour (800 tests/hour incl. ISE) this compact system is capable of handling demanding workloads. Featuring a flexible rack loader holding up to 120 samples, low reaction volumes, a maintenance-free photometer and intuitive software, respons®600c offers optimal cost-effectiveness and ease of use.

Reaction system
The grating photometer has 16 wavelengths for maintenance-free operation and ensures precise and reliable measurements. With a wide photometric linearity of up to 3.5 OD, it minimizes the need for reruns and increases efficiency. The system includes maintenance-free thermostatization of the cuvettes by contact heating (metal block), which ensures stable temperature control. In addition, the twin test functionality supports the DiaSys HbA1c net FS assay, optimizing performance for specific diagnostic applications.
Advanced HbA1c testing
The system features fully automated onboard hemolyzation of whole blood samples, avoiding time-consuming and error-prone manual sample preparation. HbA1c smart sampling ensures efficient aspiration of erythrocytes even in samples with higher sedimentation rate by sampling at the bottom of the tube. After processing a whole blood sample, a deep washing of the sample probe minimizes carryover, enhancing accuracy and reliability.
Reagent rotor
respons®600c features a refrigerated reagent rotor (2-8°C) to ensure optimal storage conditions. It supports an onboard capacity of up to 37 DiaSys respons® reagent bottles. Convenient one grip loading of respons® bottles, including two-component reagents, eliminates the risk of misplacement. Due to the intelligent design of respons®600c, reagents can be load continuously during the run which enhances efficiency and shortens turn around time.
Automation
The analyzer is equipped with an integrated rack loader with continuous sample loading. Color-coded racks differentiate samples, calibrators, controls, and STAT samples, ensuring clear organization. With a total of 120 sample positions, including up to 30 STAT positions, it allows for high-throughput processing and extended walk-away time. Intelligent rerun and smart dilution functions optimize the workflow. The system offers a wake-up time of just 10 minutes, with a programmable start time. Additionally, HIL sample management ensures reliable result interpretation, and the integrated ISE provides exceptional onboard stability for up to nine months.
