ACE FS is an enzyme-based colorimetric assay to determine angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) activtiy in human serum or lithium heparin plasma. ACE activity levels are used in conjunction with other tests to diagnose, monitor disease progression, and assess treatment effectiveness in sarcoidosis.
