Bilirubin Auto Direct FS

Bilirubin Auto Direct FS is a photometric test to determine direct bilirubin in human serum and heparin plasma. In the analysis of direct bilirubin, mainly conjugated, water-soluble bilirubin is measured. The amount of unconjugated bilirubin is calculated from the difference between total bilirubin and direct bilirubin.
