Bilirubin Jendrassik-Gróf FS
Bilirubin Jendrassik-Gróf FS is a photometric test to determine direct and total bilirubin in human serum. Several pathological conditions such as jaundice, hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, hemolytic disorders, HELLP syndrome, and different inherited enzyme deficiencies display elevated total bilirubin concentrations. Approximately 60% of full term und 85% of pre-term newborns exhibit clinically relevant jaundice.
- Determination of total bilirubin via Jendrassik-Gróf method
- Detection of direct bilirubin via method of Schellong and Wende
- Measuring range from 0.03 to 10 mg/dL
