GLDH FS is an enzymatic test to determine glutamate dehydrogenase activity in human serum or plasma. Increased GLDH activity is an important indicator for necrosis of hepatocytes, acute toxic liver necrosis, hypoxic liver, evaluation of the damage severity of parenchymal cells and to indicate alcohol addiction.
