Ferritin SR is a particle enhanced immunoturbidimetric test to determine ferritin in serum or plasma – optimized für use on respons®. Ferritin is an iron storage protein. Decreased levels indicate iron deficiency anemia and increased levels occur e.g. in hemochromatosis.
