2020-11-09: Surveillance audit in times of the Corona pandemic

DiaSys has successfully passed the annual audit by TÜV Rheinland. The auditors confirmed to us that DiaSys has established a well-functioning QMS, which is constantly evolving in line with market conditions.

From November 4 - 6, DiaSys was audited by two auditors accompanied by a trainee. During the audit, the quality-relevant processes in the areas of management, quality management, production, maintenance, R&D, Human Resource, Quality Control, Sales, and Customer Service as well as at the sites DiaSys Germany Distribution, DiaSys Technologies (France) and pes Diagnosesysteme were thoroughly examined.

The audit was carried out in Holzheim and Flacht in compliance with the internal pandemic plan's hygiene regulations. DiaSys Technologies and pes were audited via a video conferencing platform. Despite these adverse circumstances, a smooth process was ensured and we can look back on a constructive and successful audit.

We congratulate Jens Baumgärtner, who has now successfully completed his first audit as quality management representative. Again, we have learned a lot in the discussions with the auditors and feel well prepared for future audits, which will be carried out under new legal requirements (IVDR).
