This year, the world has experienced the most serious public health crisis in over a century. The outbreak of the newly appeared coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 has caused global concern.
COVID-19 is known primarily as respiratory tract infection; however, the aggressive pathogen not only attacks the lungs but heart, nerves, brain, vessels, kidneys and skin as well. Since the beginning of the pandemic in December 2019, more than 31,322,314 infections have been reported; more than 963,693 people have died from COVID-191. A high percentage of infected individuals show mild or no symptoms; often remain undiagnosed and may spread the virus without being noticed. COVID-19 has shone a spotlight on the importance of individual crisis behavior of everyone influences the spread of the pandemic. To achieve the primary goal of breaking the chains of COVID-19 transmission, support from everyone is needed!
